Senge, senior lecturer at MIT and author of
The Fifth Discipline and
The Necessary Revolution, was named “Strategist of the Century” by the
Journal of Business Strategy and is considered to be one of 24 people who have had “the greatest impact on the way we conduct business today.” He advocates for corporations to take a leadership role in the sustainability of communities and the environment – to avoid a
“no fish, no fishsticks” scenario. The Rix Center seeks to engage corporations and individuals in developing solutions for environmental and community sustainability.
