The late Dr. Don Rix, CM, OBC, Board of Trade governor (chair 2008-9); John Furlong, CEO, VANOC and former Whistler Fire Chief and JIBC board of governors chair Bruce Hall, will be the recipients of Honorary Doctor of Laws Degrees, to be conferred at the Justice Institute of BC’s Convocation, Tuesday, June 22.

The honorary degrees affirm and recognize the significant contributions of Rix, Furlong and Hall as leaders in the community and the positive impact that they have made on the quality of life in the province and across the country.
